Double Metal Cylinder,Mud Pump Liners

Double metal cylinder is the most widely and the largest amount of used to mud pump hydraulic end fittings currently.Our cylinder combines the advantages of hot forged high-wear wrap and high chromium wear-resistant corrosion-resistant liner.The wrap is made of high quality carbon steel by hot pressing.The inner sleeve is made of high chromium cast iron by centrifugal casting.Our wrap has the tensile strength of more than 900000psi.Hardness of the inner after heat treatment reaches above HRC62,it can withstand mud pressure of 7000psi.The inner surface is smooth and its bore size tolerance is strict.Its normal service life can reach above 800 hours.

Bimetal liners are made of wear-resistant cast iron, and the surface hardness is HRC60-65. Therefore, liners feature wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high surface finish.
Liners are putted in from the cylinder cover bore in the front of the cylinder and fixed with liner cage, cylinder cover plug and cylinder cover when installing.
Bimentle liners combine the strength of a forged steel outer shell with the abrasion and corrosion resistance of a high chromium iron inner sleeve.

Ceramic Liners have better performance than metal liners in wear-proof, corrosion resistant and service life. Ceramic liners have reduced the drilling cost and improved the labour intensity in locale .So ceramic liners are the frist choice of upgrade high-voltage mud pump liners.
The material of ceramic liner is the most advanced international increased flexible zirconium.
