Product Introduction

Swivels Type SL are necessary hoisting tools for hanging drill pipes and jionting hoses in well repairing. There are type SL 35, SL60, SL 90 and SL135,SL225,SL450. They are designed and manufactured according to API Spec 8A/8C Specification for drilling and production hoisting equipment. The swivels are necessary hoisting tools for hanging drill pipe and jointing hose in well repairing.

The water swivel includes two main categories, which are common swivel and double duty swivel. Double duty swivel is a common swivel combined with a spinner. Common swivel consists of swivel bail, shell, support, gooseneck, central pipe, master bearing, joint and other parts. The lower end is connected with kelly stem by REG thread. The water swivel bail is hung on the hook. Gooseneck and rotary hose can be connected by REG thread connection or union connection.

1. The Swivelcomplies with the American Petroleum Institute APLSpec 8c PSL1 product specification.
2. The flushing pipe packing assembly adopts a box structure, which can be quickly replaced on the drill floor without removing the hose and gooseneck.
3. Optional 3LP and 4LP inner and outer spiral water hose joint threads.
4. Low temperature resistant Swivels for use in alpine regions can also be provided according to customer requirements.
5. Ordinary Swivels are mainly composed of lifting ring, gooseneck tube, packing device, shell, central tube main bearing and joints. The lower joint is connected to the kelly rod through the standard thread, and the upper lifting ring is hooked. The neck tube and the hose can be connected by a standard threaded joint union as required.
