Product Descrption

Roller Kelly bushing is to drive kelly by matching with rotary bushing. There are two drive modes: square drive and pin drive. Thre types: Heavy, medium, and light. For kelly: Square and Hexagonal. It fits for 17 1/2-49 1/2 in rotary tables. The product is designed and manufactured according to API Spec 7K Specification for Drill and well servising Equipment.

According to the driving mode, it could be divided into square drive type and pin drive type. According to the kelly, there are square Relly bushing and hexagonal Relly bushing. It mainly consists of roofcover, bottom cover, axls pin, roller, fastening bolt and stals, etc.

1. The bushing is easily installed into the master bushing, maintaining good alignment.
2. Because of its intergral construction, it can not fly out and hurt you.
3. Pulling out or feeding off string can be done while rotating.
4. The contact between Kelly and roller is rolling contact, so friction is lower, and weight on bit is accurate.
5. Through the rotation of four rolls, the friction between rolls and kelly pipes is reduced to extend service life.
6. It is designed and manufactured according to API Spec 7K “Specification For Drilling Equipment".
7. Two transmission styles (square and pinconnect) are available.
