Product Overview

Drilling Swivel of Type SL is necessary hoisting equipment for hanging drill pipes in oil well drilling and repairing. Power Swivel is the device installing on the of servicing rig, to provide rotating power. Except the use for such workover jobs as casing milling, milling, drilling cement plug and bridge plug and fishing, it is also used for sidetracking drilling, drilling open hole and coring. The product is designed and manufactured according to API 8C specifications.

• Low temperature resistant Swivels for use in alpine regions can also be provided according to customer requirements.
• Optional 3LP and 4LP inner and outer spiral water hose joint threads.
• Ordinary Swivels are mainly composed of lifting ring, gooseneck tube, packing device, shell, central tube main bearing and joints. The lower joint is connected to the kelly rod through the standard thread, and the upper lifting ring is hooked. The neck tube and the hose can be connected by a standard threaded joint union as required.
• The flushing pipe packing assembly adopts a box structure, which can be quickly replaced on the drill floor without removing the hose and gooseneck.
• The Swive lcomplies with the American Petroleum Institute APLSpec 8c PSL1 product specification.
