Product Description

The screw pump is divided into a sealing group and a bearing seat group by the working part (rotor and stator), the transmission part and the universal joint part. The working part is composed of rotating eccentric rotor and stator. The rotor and stator have two contact points per cross section. These contact points come from two densified lines along the working part of the rotor (or stator). Thereby enter one or several one packed bears when the rotor rotates. The introduction into the airtight bag is discharged along the airtight bag from the suction end to the discharge. During the whole operation process, the pressure pulsation is very small and has no influence on the internal structure of the pumped medium.

TRG series screw pumps have the characteristics of few accessories, compact structure, convenient maintenance and replacement of wearing parts. Except for the drilling fluid centrifuge, the rated pressure of the pump outlet of our company can increase with the increase of the pump series, and the pressure can be increased by 0.6MPa.
