TRSB series Centrifugal Pump is used for transferring slurry or mud or water. It can be used as feeding pump for desander and desilter, or used as mixing pump for jet mud mixer. Centrifugal Pump is also called as Sand Pump, Mixing Pump, Feeding Pump, Replenishing Pump and Filling Pump. It is the ideal matching equipment to provide impetus for desander, desilter and Jet mud mixer. Centrifugal pump can also be an assistant mud infusion pump and trip pump at well head. 1. Check if its fundamental dimension, location, and elevation comply with design requirement? Foundation bolts must fixed on steady pump rack. It won’t occur missing parts, damage and corrosion;
2. According to the speciality of transferring liquid, we should check main parts, material of sealing element and gasket;
3. Leveling of pump. Leveling work should comply with provisions of technical documents;
4. Check all pipelines connected with centrifugal pump. Does installation of pipe and cleaning requirement of lubricating pipeline comply with relevant standard.
